A beautiful website is the start of the job, not the end
Agent Image's portfolio is genuinely impressive — twenty years of high-end real estate design, including sites for some of the most recognizable agents in the country. If the brief is "make something gorgeous and bespoke," they deliver.
Our disagreement is about what happens at 9pm when a buyer registers. A standalone website — however beautiful — hands that moment to whatever separate CRM and automation you bolted on, if any. We build the website and that moment as one product: design in service of the system, not instead of it. It's also just less money: three years with us costs about what many semi-custom projects cost before hosting.
Our honest disadvantages
If you want a six-figure, art-directed flagship — custom illustration, film production, a design team on call for a brand empire — that's a commission, and Agent Image (or Luxury Presence) is built for it in a way a flat-price system isn't. Celebrity teams with brand budgets should look there first.
Common questions
How much does Agent Image cost compared to Broker & Agent Solutions?
Agent Image uses an inverse model: large upfront design fees — semi-custom projects reported around $2,500–$8,500 and fully custom builds from $7,500 into six figures — followed by roughly $199/month for hosting and maintenance. Independent analyses put realistic three-year totals with SEO services at $27,000–$92,000. Broker & Agent Solutions is $149/month flat with custom design included and no upfront design fee. Confirm current pricing with the vendor.
Does Agent Image include a CRM or follow-up automation?
No — Agent Image is a website design agency. CRM, follow-up automation, and lead nurture are separate products you choose and pay for elsewhere. Broker & Agent Solutions connects your site to the CRM you already use, and can build a site assistant into it — but the CRM itself stays yours.
Who is Agent Image best for?
Agents and teams who think of their website as a bespoke design commission: they want deep creative control, have five figures to invest upfront, and already have (or plan) a separate CRM and marketing stack. Their design portfolio spans two decades of high-end real estate sites.
Who is Broker & Agent Solutions best for?
Agents who want custom design for their market without a five-figure invoice before launch — and who want the site built to rank and feed the CRM they already use, rather than standing alone as a beautiful brochure.
