Broker & Agent Solutions vs. Wise Agent
A well-priced CRM versus a custom website with a workspace attached. These are different purchases, and the price comparison people make is usually the wrong one.

Wise Agent figures are their published rates as of August 2026. They publish openly, which is more than most of this category does.
The comparison people actually make
The instinct is to put $49 next to our monthly and stop there. It is the wrong comparison, because the two numbers buy different things. Their $49 buys a CRM. Our monthly buys a website that was designed and built for your market, with the IDX feed, the hosting, the local content work, and the ongoing edits.
The fair version of the comparison is this: if you keep your current site and add Wise Agent, you have a better CRM and the same website. If your leads are thin because the site does not rank and does not convert, that is the thing that needed fixing.
Where we are genuinely cheaper
On the workspace itself. What Wise Agent charges about $49 a month for, our free tier covers for nothing: a lead inbox, contacts, form and API intake, import and export. We can do that because the workspace is not how we make our money on an agent account. The website is.
Our honest disadvantages
Wise Agent has been doing this a long time, and it shows in the breadth of the integration list. If your business already runs through a specific dialer, a specific transaction system, and three other tools, check our integration coverage before you assume it matches. Their enterprise white-label programme for teams of fifteen and up also has no direct equivalent in what we sell today.
Common questions
How much does Wise Agent cost compared to Broker & Agent Solutions?
Wise Agent publishes its pricing: about $49 per month for the CRM, or $499 annually, and about $69 per month with automated social content. Enterprise pricing for teams of 15 or more is custom. Those are CRM prices. Broker & Agent Solutions sells a custom website at $89 or $129 per month plus a one-time build, and a workspace whose free tier costs nothing at all. Is your workspace really free when theirs is $49?
Workspace Free is free permanently, with or without a website from us: a lead inbox, contacts, website-form and API intake, and import and export. It is not a trial. If you want the full operating platform, Workspace Pro is $99 a month, or $49 with any website plan, and adds the CRM, transactions and compliance, the AI assistant and site widget, automations, and the Studio tools.
Who is Wise Agent best for?
Agents who want a capable, inexpensive, real-estate-specific CRM and already have a website they are happy with. It is a mature product with a deep integration list and month-to-month terms, and at that price it is genuinely good value for what it is.
Who is Broker & Agent Solutions best for?
Agents whose website is the problem. If your site is a template on a vendor subdomain that never ranks, a cheaper CRM does not fix that. We build the site custom for your market, run the IDX and the local SEO, and give you a workspace to catch what it produces.
Can I use both?
Yes, and some people should. Keep Wise Agent as your CRM and let our website feed it. Workspace Free can sit alongside it or not at all. We would rather integrate than force a switch you did not ask for.
